- Damaged items  
- Incorrect items  
- Missing items  

These issues must be reported **within 3 days** of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos of the issue must be provided.
- Order number must be included in your message.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Blind box items based on character preference  
- Normal wear, minor variations, or packaging dents  
- Items without proof of purchase  

4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.  
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping.  
If caused by the buyer (e.g., wrong address), shipping costs may apply.
